Antoinette Milne

Antoinette at 41, has spent all of her working life in the hospitality sector. After graduating with a Bachelor of Applied Arts, she began full time as Toronto Area Manager with what was to become the largest Wine & Spirit Agency in Canada; Nihco International (which eventually sold to Pernod Ricard). Moving on to Sales & Marketing Manager working with both on and off-trade presented the opportunity to learn detailed category management and merchandising. After moving to Wales, 8 years ago, Antoinette recently passed the Wine and Spirit Education Trust Diploma winning a trip to the Penedes, Spain to study the wines. She then worked as Channel Development Manager - Wines in the Marketing Department at Brains Brewery, Cardiff with a remit to identify and develop wine opportunities throughout all channels which included internal and external teaching/training. Antoinette's strengths are in wine product and business knowledge, business and project planning and customer service.

Pamela Reason

Pamela is 45 and has achieved a degree of success both academically and practically. Two years ago, Pam received the UWCN Certificate of Teaching Competence and in 2002 the NVQ 3 Kitchen & Larder and Assessor's Award for assessing NVQ's. Whilst living in Toronto, Canada, Pam studied Fashion Design at George Brown College and took the YMCA Small Business Course. Two positions with international and national companies contributed to her overall business knowledge and in particular understanding of the importance of excellent customer service; Croupier on Carnival Cruise Lines and Supervisor with Casino Rama. During the 20 years Pam spent in Toronto, she also started up 5 small businesses:

As demonstrated by Pam's qualifications and work, her strengths lay in setting up small businesses, creative design (wine list design and layout), teaching/training, and overall resourcefulness all of which positions her well to excel with Sensuous Wines.
